I was pleasantly surprised by the charming staff! Especially one exceptional receptionist who made my stay memorable with her warm hospitality! Everyone was friendly, making me feel right at home.

The internet was painfully slow, which hampered my ability to stay connected. Also, the room condition was disappointing with cleanliness issues that really detracted from my experience.

Hotel Washington is a hidden gem! Clean, comfy rooms made for a cozy stay. The staff went above and beyond for me, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Just watch out for the slow WiFi. otherwise, it's worth the visit!

poor service

i almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn’t! the mattress was uncomfortably hard, and the staff had zero grace under pressure. after everything, i expected at least a complimentary gesture, or maybe just a smile. it was quite clear they were overwhelmed and uninterested. so disappointing for a place that woudl ve been great.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, very walkable and close to restaurants and attractions. My room was comfortable and impeccably clean. Breakfast included delicious mint tea and coffee, which I truly enjoyed every morning.
